Zanetto Builders was founded on a simple belief: a home should be built once, built properly, and built to last a lifetime. For over two decades we've crafted custom and luxury homes across Tasmania for clients who value quality above all else.
As certified Passive House builders, we combine old-world craftsmanship with modern building science — delivering homes that are beautiful to look at and exceptional to live in: warm in winter, cool in summer, and remarkably efficient year-round.
Every project is a partnership. We work closely with you and your architect through a considered, transparent process, so the experience of building is as rewarding as the home itself.

We build on Country that has been cared for over tens of thousands of years. As builders we change land permanently, and we think that carries an obligation: to build once and build well, to disturb no more ground than a home needs, and to be honest about the impact construction has.
