The brief
The owners began where many people do: unsure where to start, scrolling through social media for a builder they could trust. They liked the Zanetto designs they’d seen — but assumed a quality build like that would never be within their reach. The brief, then, was as much about confidence and guidance as it was about the home itself: turn “we won’t ever be able to afford that” into a home of their own. The build
