Within the gently defined zonal sequence, an electric fireplace, set of electric blinds and double-glazed windows featuring a double grey tint for privacy sit as discreet nods to both luxury and functionality. Left of the entryway, a long hallway is flanked on one side by two bedrooms, a bathroom and a cinema room, whilst on the other, a Japanese garden provides a calming natural space. Australian timber forms the basis of the material palette, juxtaposing polished concrete and ample glazing. With over 2.5km of Australian Blackbutt used and featured within secret doors, the garage door, the façade and all of the joinery the attention to detail in execution of this material was vital in the delivery of this Forever Home.

In a manner indicative of the Zanetto Builders philosophy, Asgard matches aesthetic Custom recessed lighting and groove-lined feature walls maximise the sense of space enabled by the 2.7-metre-high ceilings. In the kitchen, seamlessly integrated appliances form discreet complements to a striking five-metre snow stone island bench and 64- bottle wine rack.

The bathrooms express a generous design approach with floor-to-ceiling Italian tiles, double shower heads, heated floors and stone vanity tops. Whilst the master bedroom is crafted with a built-in walk-in wardrobe, the ensuite is elevated by the addition of a skylight that allows natural light to flood the space.
