The HQ is a physical representation of our commitment to perfection. Designed externally and internally by our director Kyle Zanetto, this sophisticated residence sits comfortably in its bush setting.

The boundary between indoors and outdoors is beautifully blurred with the living and dining areas flowing to a decked space that draws the eye to the grey-greens of the bushland beyond.

This sensitivity to the natural environment is a hallmark of our work, and a challenge we embrace. The HQ's incomparable design and craftmanship was confirmed after receiving two industry awards from Master Builders and HIA Tasmania for House of the Year ($500k-$750k) in 2021, and 2022 respectively.

The external aesthetic is dramatic and dynamic, yet in no way intimidating. Strong lines intrigue and invite, drawing you into spaces defined by high ceilings above polished concrete floors. An open-plan kitchen equipped with Miele appliances and dark stone surfaces conveys a taste for luxury.
Elsewhere, the bathrooms feature honed stone, and the bedrooms incorporate vertical groove feature walls that add tone and texture, taking cues from the external wall cladding.

Touches of timber are relevant to the native environs of this home, in the same way that subtle internal lighting enhances the effect of the endless supply of natural light. This home illustrates our ability to respond to any site with clarity of purpose and environmental sensitivity.
