We work exclusively with Financially Qualified and Value aligned customers as these are the two pillars of success when it comes to construction.
Working with hundreds of customers and reviewing thousands of applications since the inception of Zanetto Builders we value your time, and our own which is why we have developed our detailed Client Application Form. This form is a series
of questions that identify alignment and project success.
Typically, our team is looking for 30% or more of the projected project value in either Cash, Equity or a combination or both. Why? Because when lenders are involved, the build relies on a bank valuation. In the past this valuation will typically be conservatively under the actual build cost meaning a top up of cash or equity may be required and we do not want to spend 6-18 months together to then shatter dreams.
Once we achieve initial financial alignment, it’s all about the workability of the relationship which will also be identified through values outlined within the Application Form followed on by our initial consultation.

Every project we deliver follows a transparent, structured pathway that covers Pre- Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction. Whether you’re building through Design & Build, or coming to us with plans at Sketch Design or already complete, our process ensures your journey is organised, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.
