At Zanetto Builders, we work exclusively with financially qualified, value-aligned clients. These two pillars are essential to delivering a successful construction outcome for our clients and for our team.
Since the inception of Zanetto Builders, we’ve worked with hundreds of clients and reviewed thousands of project enquiries. Through that experience, we’ve learned that clarity upfront protects everyone’s time, energy, and expectations. That’s why we’ve developed our Client Application Form , a series of questions designed to assess project suitability, alignment, and the foundations for long-term success.
As a general guide, we look for clients to have approximately 30% or more of the projected project value available through cash, equity, or a combination of both. This requirement exists for a very practical reason. When lenders are involved, projects are subject to bank valuations, which are often conservative and may fall short of the actual construction cost. In these cases, additional cash or equity is commonly required. Our goal is to avoid situations where significant time, often 6 to 18 months, is invested, only for a project to become financially unviable later in the process.
Once initial financial alignment is established, the focus shifts to the workability of the relationship. Mutual respect, clear communication, and shared values are critical to a successful build. These elements are identified through the Application Form and explored further during our initial consultation.
This process marks the beginning of our journey together—one built on transparency, alignment, and a proven pathway to delivering exceptional results.

Every project follows a structured, transparent pathway across Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction. Whether you engage us through Design & Build alongside partner architects or come to us with plans at sketch stage or already completed, our process ensures your journey is organised, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Accessing the Forever Home Process:
To receive a copy of our Forever Home Process, all prospective clients are required to complete our Client Application Form.
Once submitted, our team will reach out to give you access to the guide outlining each step from concept to completion.
This is the first step in a considered, structured journey designed to deliver clarity, confidence, and exceptional outcomes.
Client Education Portal
To assist you on your journey we also have a client portal. This portal is an educational hub to refer to throughout the entire process which contains information and examples of
everything you can expect on your journey with our team.
Access to this portal will be Granted Once Engaged exclusively as your builder.
