Although the initial experience with Zanetto Builders exceeded our expectations, we had concerns that this could change once we were secured as a customer. We could not have been more wrong - the experience only got better. Their process to understand our needs was not through an impersonal tedious paper written process, but rather a personalise approach. A discovery meeting was held with their lead team. where they led us through a series of topics from design ideas, material choices right through to how we best like to communicate. They highlighted the importance of a healthy working relationship and how important it is for them to make our experience fun and stress-free. Equally, they outlined their building methodology and gave expert advice and recommendations on where to spend and where to save to work within our desired budget. Proceeding this meeting, a full project brief was sent to us with follow-up questions and thinking points. Before commencing, we were chaperoned to a few building sites that were in various build phases; this gave us an insight into what to expect and we got to witness first-hand the immaculate work sites and the positive congenial staff. The tours provided a detailed explanation of building practices, safety measures and overall commentary on their processes. It allowed us as customers to ask questions and hear from multiple tradespeople. The day culminated in dinner which marked a celebration of new beginnings. The meticulous care and detail that went into personalising this day left us feeling as though we had developed a strong sense of trust. The exponential rise in building materials changed our budget, yet Zanetto Builders worked with us to find cost-saving alternatives that did not compromise the end quality. In a time of economic chaos, their flexibility and ability to solve problems ultimately led to the project going ahead. This example demonstrates how customer-centred and collaborative their customer service is; we felt genuine care and got the sense that they were looking out for our best interest. Upon commencing our build, we received feedback from our new neighbours for how respectful and communicative our builders have been. Zanetto Builders took the time to introduce themselves to our neighbours and determine any concerns or requests they may have so they could ensure that everyone was harmonious. This quantified the importance of building strong relationships and the respect demonstrated toward all involved. This has allowed us to establish positive relationships with our neighbours before we move into our dream home. Our satisfaction with Zanetto Builders goes beyond a few key gestures. There are a multitude of examples that illustrate them going above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of excellence. We believe the customer service we received was an anomaly in the industry and although there were processes in place, they managed to ensure our experience felt personalised.
